2. Services

Our Platform connects you with third-party laundry and dry cleaning providers ("Partners"). We act as a platform to facilitate pickup, cleaning, and delivery.

• Our Platform is not a laundry service provider but a technology platform.
• We are not responsible for the quality of cleaning, though we vet our partners rigorously.

3. Use of Service

To use our Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate contact information.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ensure items given for cleaning are suitable for the selected service (e.g., wash & fold vs. dry clean).

4. Pickup and Delivery

You agree to be available at the scheduled pickup/delivery time. The Platform is not liable for failed attempts due to customer unavailability. A cancellation fee may apply for missed pickups.

5. Damaged or Lost Items

While we strive for perfection, accidents happen.

• Any claim for lost or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Our liability is limited to 10 times the cost of cleaning the item, capped at ₹2000 per item.
• We are not responsible for items left in pockets (e.g., pens, lipstick, cash).

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely through our app. You agree to pay all charges associated with your order. Prices are subject to change but will be transparently displayed before you book.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service implies acceptance of the new terms.
